Biography
Vickie Seeger is the Managing Director of the Notre Dame Poverty Initiative. In this role, she works in partnership with the director to develop the Initiative’s strategic focus. Vicke leads a highly motivated and dedicated team working to cultivate research, student formation, and impact-oriented investments that are focused on poverty elimination.
Prior to joining the Poverty Initiative, Vickie served in several leadership roles over the course of her 34-year career at General Reinsurance Corporation. At Notre Dame she is a past Inspired Leadership Initiative Fellow and was an adjunct instructor for the Moreau College Initiative.
Vickie earned her B.A. in management and economics from Luther College and her M.B.A. from the University of St Thomas.
